Usually you will be interviewed by to SPSR, you will have the ability to talk more unlike other interviews when the ER is asking all the questions. You will need to be very presentable and speak clear. Also ask up to three questions.
Mercer is a great company it’s the staffing agency that’s not. I enjoyed working for Mercer. Everyone there is very nice and polite I can still remember the man that interviewed he was very nice and me feel comfortable.
