      Strategist Interview

      Application

I applied online. I interviewed at Mercer in Oct 2016

      Interview

I applied for one role, had a HR screen, then 3 in-person interviews. The recruiter called me back and said they loved me, and were going to try to get me into a role on the same team but different position. I never heard back about that. 2 months later, she called again saying there was another opening in another group. I interviewed again (3 phone interviews). The recruiter emailed me saying she'd get in touch with me the following week and no response. All in all, the process isn't really a process and your time isn't respected. Also, they didn't pay for me to come to NYC to interview because I was on the same coast. They don't pay for relocation. In general, it seemed like a pretty stingy company and they tend to hire for roles internally. A lot of team members I talked to sounded like they switched departments/roles every two years.
