I applied via their career page for a Junior position overseas, got an e-mail about two weeks later for a HireVue interview. It's a platform for video interviews where you answer preselected questions by recording yourself with your webcam. Mostly behavioral questions and in the end questions about salary expectations and work visa. Had about three minutes for each question.
