Interview
I was called by a recruiter after my application was reviewed. The recruiter gave me instructions to complete a virtual interview. After completing the virtual interview, I was asked to complete an editing test and send in writing samples. Within a month I was invited for an in-person interview. At the interview I met with four Mercer employees. I received an offer within a week.
