Interview
Started with a short phone discussion to discuss my ideas of the job and a brief discussion of experience, qualifications and motivations for joining mercer.
The interview began with a short maths test as well as an attention to detail test. This was followed by a 2 on 1 formal interview with predominantly competency based questions. Although it was formal, the atmosphere was very relaxed and put me at ease.
