A week after I had submitted my application, I was contacted. There was a video interview which lasted for about 20 mins. You had to video record yourself answering certain questions. The next step was the in-person interview.

Interview
I did one phone screening with HR. I did a phone call with a Sourcer. I did a video interview with a manager. I did four more separate interviews with the team, some with two people and some with one person. I waited two weeks for a response and heard nothing. The sourcer got back to me and wanted to me to meet with another THREE people. I declined as they obviously did not respect the applicants time in having me wait weeks for a response and spend significant time interviewing with multiple people. This would be meeting a total of 10 people over a two month period for an entry level role. Very bad interview process and experience!
