The first round is one way video conference. The questions are timed. They can see you but you don't see anyone on the other side. it is important prepare in a way that you are ready to answer questions in a timely manner.

The interview consisted of several stages; the first one was a behavioural interview and the next was a Mettl assessment. There was a third stage which is a case interview, but I did not reach that round.

In the first stage, they asked me why I want to apply, what I know about Mercer, what makes me a good fit for the company, etc.
The interview process involved traditional “get to know you” interviews with team members and culminated in a case study and presentation in a format similar to what you would expect for a prestigious consulting firm.

Rejected after the hirevue, don’t really like when companies only use it after application. The application was simple, nothing specific about the job, but I wish they did ask something specific.
