Video Interview - they asked 6 questions and I had 2minutes 30seconds to answer each one. They started off easy with basic questions about why mercer, why you etc then went into a few more niche questions like the one I listed below.

I participated in a Super Day type interview where I met with 8 different interviews and interviewed 1-on-1 with each one. It was formal for some, informal for others and ended with a luncheon where we got to know the other interviewees as well as other employees who may not have interviewed us.
