I applied online. The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at Mercer (Calgary, AB) in Jun 2018
Interview
Applied online. 2 weeks later got a call back. Another 4 weeks later got an invitation for an in person interview. The interview was a series of 3 short (~30 minutes) panel interviews with other analysts and principals. General behavioral questions, some general questions about the industry. Nothing too detailed or complex.
They promised to contact me within next 2 weeks regardless of the outcome. Never heard back from them after the interview. Few weeks later saw the same position still open on their website. I could understand not being the most qualified candidate, but I don't believe they were unable to find a suitable candidate to fill an entry level position. WHAT A WASTE OF TIME FOR ALL THE CANDIDATES!
Greetings, normal introduction and then basic cv related questions, some cases to solve.
It was an online interview.
Calm and relaxed interview focused on knowledge and passion in that particular field.
