completed an online application form. was then invited for a telephone interview,. this was followed by a one way video interview (very strange experience). the final stage was an assessment day, consisting of a variety of tasks including a final interview
After my CV was screened, I had an over the phone interview round and then one more interview on zoom with two higher ups in the department (the direct manager I will be working with and his supervisor)
