HR round , followed by technical and interview with heads. BUT nothing comes out of it - no communication or followup and no comeback. this happened 2 times and same mechanism both times. It would be great to say yes or no with specific reasons instead of a Stoic "no answer". Looks like the management is itself not clear! Very Frustrating Experience!
