The process was relaxed but also very structured. The relaxed nature of the interview allowed me to answer all questions to the best of my ability and also give as much information as I possibly could. I was asked a range of questions o my current role and also the role I was applying for was very explained to me which allowed me to ask additional questions about the role and the company.
