Interview
I met the Mercer recruiters at the annual Actuarial conference at OSU. After a short conversation and application online I was offered an on campus interview. The interview started with simple introductions followed by the three present recruiters asking their own questions. It went such that the first and last recruiters were testing for personality and the middle was reviewing skills. It was a casual environment great for showing off why you would fit in at the office. Nothing technical was asked you just had to be able to back up the skills you provided on your resume with some context.(ie. Proficient with Excel since I took a class or worked on certain projects.)
Total 2 rounds one technical and one Hr. HR sets a call for the technical round once it's gets a approval HR discuss the remaining part like profile salary location

Two interviews as well as a test delivered in Excel. The test is pretty straightforward but it’s worth to review some formulas and shortcuts. Interviewers are friendly and they do really want to know you more as a person.
