I got a call from the consultant regarding the vacancy. So i went for the interview and both the technical interviewers were through out professional and i even aced my interview. Senior Manager told me they take time processing offer letters so i need to wait for 2weeks . Later in the evening i got the mail from consultant that i was selected for the role and need to send my details and payslips for the same. She told me i need to wait for atleast 10 days. After 10 days , she said H.r team from mercer follow a no poach pattern, so i need to wait for a month . And they kept on giving me excuses . When i forced her to let me talk to H.R team , H.R simply said even though i was thorough for the position, I shouldn’t wait for offerletters because approvals from seniors are pending. Like after wasting my time for literally 2 months she realized that ? Worst H.R management ever . They don’t even pick up calls , would prattle some stupid excuses when they pick up . I have never seen such unprofessional management ever.
