Initial communication and process was somewhat misleading in all honesty, given that they failed to fully describe the role that I was interviewing for. Nonethless, the process was transparent and quite agile, being able to be interviewed by local and regional leadership.

the business case was by far the most difficult, as the question was related to a field of consulting I was not familiar with or had any experience. The question was "What would you advise this client based on the findings of your case". The case was related to benefits offered by the client to his employees and how they stacked up to the rest of the market and competition.

Fairly straight forward interview. 1st round was with the HR recruiter who asked some basic info about me and what I was hoping for in the new job. 2nd round was with the people manager, who talked more in-depth about the area of work. 3rd round was with individuals who were on the team.
