I applied in-person. I interviewed at Mercer in Dec 2019
Interview
2 weeks after I submitted my resume, got a phone call and appointed video interview.
As usual asked me to introduce myself and asked questions regarding my work experiences that I have written on the resume.
Fairly straight forward questions...
Why do you want to work here? What do you know about us? First round on the phone, 2nd video, 3rd face to face. They were very professional and the office location is right in the city.
I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Mercer
Interview
Hiring process moved fairly quickly as the company was looking to fill the position following the move of a prior employee. I interviewed twice, once with two hiring managers, the other with the department head. All levels were communicable and friendly, provided insight into the industry, and made the interviews more conversational than simply reading from a list of questions. HR was also excellent throughout the process and very timely in responding to my emails and questions.
