The first round was a recorded response interview. I was prompted to watch videos with prerecorded questions and then responded with my own recorded thoughts. There were 3-4 questions that were generic about the company and fitting it. Then there was a virtual interview with a recruiter and a member of the team I was to work on. They were all very nice!
