It started with an invitation to numerical reasoning test by phone. The test was pretty standard, like the ones you can find online.
Second step(day) included a group dynamics of eight people which we were asked to have a debate about diversity and it's effect to companies and society (pros & cons).
Third step(day) included a business role-play, of which you have to correct some mistakes -basic calculation or formatting mistakes- in a report that you'd face if you work there. After 10 minutes you receive a call from your manager and report your findings. Role-play is followed by an HR interview. The interview was composed of a background check, some standard behavioral questions. It also tried to assess my fit to organization and it took about 45-50 minutes in a very friendly atmosphere.
Fourth and final step(day) was an interview with the head of the department I would work at. It took around 20 minutes and there were no technical questions again. Some behavioral questions, background check and again my fit to company were pretty much all. Again very friendly atmosphere.
