I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Mercer
Interview
The first interview was a phone interview. It was quite rude because they even didn't send me an email or a call to manage a suitable time for me, so I did't prepare at all. The HR just called me and started to ask questions, and I can see that even she was not familiar with the role...
The second day another HR told me that I passed and invited me to the second interview, the second interview was an online interview, they will send you questions that you need to finish in an hour and half, which included calcultion, writing and a summary.
