My interview was with the CRM Lead. She started the interview by telling about the company, what they do and their clients, then the team, how big and who all encompass the team, then more about the role and its expectations. She then understood more about me, my value and how we had similar thoughts on the importance of CRM in any enterprise. She also asked for my career goals and when I said I wanted to be a product owner, she described how the grown would look like. For me work culture was a key factor, so she told me about how informal the team is and how they balanced work and life with colleagues.
