Interview
Interview was sort of a relaxed conversation on C&B and mobility techniques. Most of the questions were situational, drawing a lot from my previous experiences. Basics of benchmarking, sector-specific and market specific knowledge were also assessed.
However, there was no follow-up by the Mercer recruiting team, and so I would definitely dissuade prospective candidates from applying for HR Consulting roles, especially if you happen to belong to pedigree colleges like XLRI, TISS or IIMs.
