The application process took around 2 weeks. I got a response from the recruiter asking me some questions about my qualifications and background for my first round phone interview. Then I was scheduled to do a 5 person zoom interview in the following week. This interview was one of the toughest interviews I went through. It was a 2-1/2 hour zoom meeting interview consisting of 5 Actuaries. I spoke to the Actuarial Manager , 2 Junior-Senior level Actuaries/ Consultant , and 2 Actuarial Analysts in this interview. The most unpleasant thing was one of the Entry Level Actuarial Analyst glanced on the side / zoned out doing other things instead of looking straight onto the zoom camera to evaluate me more seriously. I believe this costed me my chance of getting the job because they did not know how to evaluate me appropriately. The other Entry Leveled Actuarial Analyst ( the 5th person I spoke to) that interviewed me was very kind and would really put in the effort to get to know me. The Actuarial Manager is a cool and intelligent, so are the other 2 Actuarial Consultants.
