Interview
The first round interview was through Zoom with a member of the team you applied for. It is a 30 minute interview where the interviewer asks you a few behavioral along with a few technical questions.

30 minutes Excel Case Study which was followed with a 30 minutes discussion of what functions were used followed by some behavioural questions. Focus was on long term goals, why Mercer etc.
Excel Case Round; 30 min excel case with 5 questions using AverageIF, LOOKUP, SUMIF etc followed by a fit and case discussion. Total hour long interview. Prepare behavioural questions well.

Interview
All interviewers were welcoming and great to talk to. Had a great time interviewing here, the questions asked were quite standard. The only thing that bothered me was how long the entire process took, it took about 2 months from application to offer
