After a HireVue video interview made up of competency questions and three games, I progressed to the assessment centre stage. At the virtual assessment centre, there were three parts. A group case study analysing employee satisfaction for a client, a pre-prepared presentation and questions, and a 30-40 minute interview. The interviewers were very friendly and made me feel at ease.
