First you submit an online application (including CV). Next is a pre-recorded video interview consisting of 5 questions and 3 games. Finally, there is a virtual assessment centre consisting of a group discussion, pre-prepared presentation, and a final interview. Everyone at Mercer was very friendly. Final interview felt quite informal and relaxed.
