I applied in-person. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Mercer
Interview
Very smooth process. The HR team was accommodating to my schedule for the interviews. 1 Phone interview, 1 associate level interview, 1 principal level interview. At all levels the interviewers were clear about expectations and the process. They were genuine when answering questions about their company and followed up when I reached out to them. Overall it was good experience.
