I had a great interview experience with Mercer. There were quite a few interviews (5 if you count the recruiter screening) however it felt like everyone really wanted to get to know me and my skills rather than grill me. I connected with every person I met with and really enjoyed getting to know them. I applied mid-January, a couple weeks later I had a screening followed by interviews, and was offered a position mid March (about 1.5-2 weeks after my final interview).

Interview
Quick call with a recruiter first to explain the role and to know you. Follows with an interview with some seniors and a roleplay case. Lastly there is a third interview more informal with two people from the office.
I had two rounds of interviews. Team members are supportive and professional. Interviews are well-organized with both behavioural and technical questions. Overall positive interview experience. Got the offer and accepted it.
