The first interview was via telephone. They asked general questions like, "What made you apply?" and "Why would you be a good candidate?" After passing the first interview, I was scheduled for a face-to-face interview. This was at a Garden Hilton Hotel where they were holding a job fair. There were many applicants. First they took us to a conference room where they went over the various job positions as well as the company's history. We were then escorted to another hall where there were various tables set up, and we were taked to our interviewer. This interview consisted more of problem solving question, many "what would you do?" or "How would you handle this situation?"
