Process took about one month. Applied online and was contacted by a recruiter one week later. Had two phone interviews. Then came to the office for an in-person interview with three employees. Also had lunch with future supervisor. Heard back one week later that I got the job and started two weeks after that.

This was an online interview out of college. Very behavioral based questions. This consisted of video recordings with a limited number of takes allowed for each response. Nothing very technical was required
Simple 5 or 6 questions, half behavioural half industry related. 2 interviewers, both asked questions equally. Atmosphere was as expected, and somewhat friendly towards asking them questions, but I would say don’t ask more than 1.
