I applied through a staffing agency. I interviewed at Mercer in Nov 2015
Interview
Interview was easy .the was no such technical question.mainly they were asking about night shifts and 24/7 support. worst things is they will put you on hold for wks.priority is for the employee who asked for less package.
I went through two rounds of interviews, but the recruiter did not seem to take the process seriously. After completing the second round, I have not received any update or feedback. The lack of communication has been disappointing and unprofessional.”
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Mercer (New Delhi) in Aug 2021
Interview
It was really good. Questions are asked from every field like frontend, backend, SQL. Interviewers was really soft spoken. Even the HR is really nice while discussing things. There are two technical round after that there was a managerial round. Post managerial round there was HR discussion round.
I applied through other source. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Mercer (New Delhi) in Sep 2020
Interview
Quite Difficult, 1 round taken by 2 person and they are continue asking questions one by one, then again second technical round after that HR round and then coding round.
