Application -> 1-Hour Hirevue -> 3 back-to-back interviews with 3 different professionals from the firm. The last interviewer asked more case-like questions, but it wasn't as difficult as MBB or Big 4 and is structured more loosely.
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Mercer (Phila, PA) in Oct 2018
Interview
First round was a one-way virtual interview via HireVue. The second round was an in person interview at my preferred office location. The In person was five 35 minute interviews: three behavioral, one case interview and one quantitative timed math test.
Behavioral interviews were standard. The case interview was interviewer lead with many questions regarding graphs and strategy and simple math (should you use the mean or median). Quantitative math test was basic math (percents, fractions, etc.) with a little probability but you can use a calculator.
