First began with a HireVue interview. Then once making it to the next round there were 2 virtual interviews, one which was a behavioral interview and the other was a case study.

Question 1
Had to go through a case study to explain my thought processes.
30 minutes Excel Case Study which was followed with a 30 minutes discussion of what functions were used followed by some behavioural questions. Focus was on long term goals, why Mercer etc.
Excel Case Round; 30 min excel case with 5 questions using AverageIF, LOOKUP, SUMIF etc followed by a fit and case discussion. Total hour long interview. Prepare behavioural questions well.

Interview
All interviewers were welcoming and great to talk to. Had a great time interviewing here, the questions asked were quite standard. The only thing that bothered me was how long the entire process took, it took about 2 months from application to offer
