The interview process was quick and easy, from TA contact to two additional interviews in a two week period. However, after that the company ghosted. TA ignored an update request email and the hiring manager ignored a request for feedback. There was no automated email to notify me I didn’t get the position. It was a very unprofessional experience. Companies that claim to value employees but ghost top candidates aren’t really representing their claims of what they value.
