Mercer Knowledge Management Specialist interview questions

Initial recruiter call (20 mins), followed by a a call with the hiring manager (30mins) and a final 2 person panel interview (1hr). Overall, an easy and pretty well thought out interview process. Nice, friendly people and I think I would've enjoyed working here. Didn't get an offer as I was deemed too experienced and it was thought the job wouldn't stretch me enough.
