Mercer Team Assistant interview questions

The interview process started off great. A few days after I applied online, I was sent a link on my email to submit a video interview. Digital interview was great and we had the option of restarting the interview. After that, I did not hear back from them for almost a month. Roughly 3 weeks in, an HR representative called me and asked me to come in for an interview. I interviewed on Friday that week and the following Monday I requested them to speed up the decision process as I had another offer on the table and they wanted a response by Tuesday. I was offered the job on the same day. I am overall satisfied with the process. The interview was more of an informal chat about my past experience and skills. The interviewers were wonderful and gave me an insight into the Mercer world!
