Zoom interview and then 2 months later I had an in-person interview conducted by 2 Mercer Employees and 3 board members. Questions were pretty standard with a few curveballs. Interview was very laid back. I was offered the job and they gave me an extremely low offer (~15k below average for the position). I countered and they rescinded their offer and would not communicate with me any further. It was very shocking and unprofessional on their part. Very dissapointing.
