Great phone call interview, and communication with the hiring team was seamless. They were also very understanding of circumstances unrelated to work that kept me from accepting the position. It did not feel like a very formal/scary interview, though.

They asked me to explain one of the protocols listed on my resume step-by-step.
I have only had one interview which was the phone screen. Got a candidate questionnaire and now I'm waiting for another interview possibly with the Lab Supervisor and Human Resources.
