I submitted my application in late August and didn't hear back until November I think. Then I had 2 pretty casual 30 minute interviews with 2 different groups who were hiring. Both were like I said casual and I had a pleasant time meeting these groups. The focus was on pretty typical behavioral scenarios and a bit about the science I've done before. I heard back in about 2 weeks and then had 2 weeks to accept.
