Interview
It took 1 more month from the initial phone interview to get the offer. HR conducted the phone interview first and asked simple technique question. The on-site interview included 1:1 interviews and group interview. The questions included every thing from technical to personal skills and teamwork.
Through contractor. Duties were way off. Scientists started leaving and I felt like there was no career growth potential.
They do not treat contractors well.
Site was very high tech and great though! Security and facilities was world class !

What's your experience? How do you see yourself in 10 years?
initial phone screen by recruiter, then technical phone interview panel. The technical was with my current manager and a team member with experience. They did not ask many questions and I was very nervous but still got the job due to a referral.
