The interview process was straight forward. There was a screening call (20min) followed by a panal interview with 3 other scientists and I had to present my research. Questions were about the research itself and not difficult. However, they took 2 months to do the interviews, reffered me from one role to another (because they thought I'm a better fit for that role!), sent out HR questions about salary expectations etc, and rejected me 3 weeks after the panel interview with a template email and no feedback which made it overall a terrible experience!
