Merck LSS Black Belt interview questions

job was advertised internally and on taleo.net. online application with online CV only. After ~3 weeks i was invited for a face to face interview. the interview was competency based and fairly predictable. panel of 2 interviewers. potential boss + senior manager. interview was friendly and open. when asked details of the position were explained including pitfalls and current challenges. note: response from hr after the interview was very poor. it took 3 months to get feedback, and only after insistent badgering. job was offered to someone else, but other applicants were not informed.
