I applied through Indeed and heard back from Mercury that they wanted to have a phone interview and from that about a week later they wanted me to come in for an in person interview. After this interview I reached out every week and heard back within 2 weeks that they were still going through the process. From there I continued reaching out and heard back about a 2 weeks later that they would like to offer me the position. The whole process took about a month.
