Mercy Corps Coordinator Position interview questions

Started off pretty standard with a screening interview. Then went to the next round with the team, where I was then told that I had to wait three weeks to a month for a decision because they were “waiting for another candidate.” Took them over a month to tell me that I did not get the job because they had hired someone already on their team for the position.
