Interview
Good interview. Recruiters really nice and very communicative throughout the process. Everyone really passionate about the work and transparent about the challenge and volume of work. I met with a lot of people which felt like a lot at the time, but really glad I did then I knew these people when starting work and it helped form relationships quickly.
Slow but thoughtful process. First screening conversation with recruiter and then 3 person panel interview. Good questions, interview panel represented different geographic and functional areas. Good balance between seasoned and newer perspectives.

Interview
The interview process began with the HR Manager, followed by the Countey Director. It went well but they are terrible at providing feedback. Feedback is a sign of respect and applicants ought to be treated better that Mercy Corp does.
