Interview
I was contacted very quickly, asked to come in for an in person interview, a few days later, the HR manager called me to tell me I got it. It was a very short very informative process.
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Mercy Corps in Dec 2022
Interview
Been contacted after a couple of months from applying. The first round of interviews was with the recruiter, over general routine questions. The second round consisted of a panel interview with potential colleagues and supervisor, to be followed by a written exercise (90 min to complete and send back, I picked the same day but availability was asked on when to do it). The latter was mostly to get to know me as a candidate and from a personal point of view. Very positive experience, both rounds were formal and very informal at the same time. Been interviewed by very friendly people. Absolutely positive experience!
