La explicación del reclutador fue que en Mercy Corps la retención del CV no significa que habrá una entrevista sino que pasa a un "segundo filtro" lo cual suena ilógico ya que no tiene ningún sentido -en mi opinión- comunicarle al candidato que pasó uno de 2 filtros.
