I applied for the position in the fall and got an interview after a few weeks. I did the first phone screening and was told I would hear back from them in a week. I was ghosted for 3 months. Then they came back and asked me for a second interview. I did the second interview and was told once again that I would hear back from them in a week. I was ghosted AGAIN by them. They reposted the job online and applied for a second time, but was then told that the job had been removed and was no longer available. When I look at their job postings today, the position is still available for new candidates to apply. If they wanted to reject me, I wish they had done so initially instead of dragging me along.
