Interview
Communication preceding the interview was very positive. The interview itself was not very challenging, although the entire application process and timing was quite strung out. The most memorable takeaways were:
1) The panel was clearly disengaged while I was answering their questions (e.g looking at different monitors while I was actively speaking). This became a bit uncomfortable as it lasted the entire time.
2) Complete silence afterwards. I had been in contact with this team for months preceding the Interview and would have appreciated at least a rejection email. At the time, I had received other offers and was awaiting word back as Mercy Corps was my ideal pick. Would have appreciated the respect of knowing.

It was with a group of four researchers who currently worked there. That made the process very stressful. it was over zoom and a bit strange because of that too. They asked me the normal describe your self questions but they were really disjointed.
