I interviewed for a Head of Media role. The interview itself was as expected with the usual questions. I was told they wanted to appoint quickly and that the final round would be next week. A month on I still haven’t heard from them despite chasing - they ghosted me. They should have sent a rejection email or an update to say there had been a hold up.
