Applied online and was contacted about 6 weeks later via email to schedule a screening. Participated in HR video screening, followed by Hiring Manager video interview the following week. After a few weeks, I was contacted by HR asking for availability to schedule the next interviews, I responded. Two days later, I was told it would probably be the following week, so I responded with my extended availability. More than a week later, I received an email from HR asking my availability for a quick phone call - which turned into a notice that the hiring manager had decided to move forward with another candidate - therefore, I would not be scheduled for any further interviews. I am disgusted by the number of nonprofit organizations that continue to prosper and waste donor funds through their dysfunctional hiring practices. It is NOT ok.
